Meet Nina, officially the World’s Best Pastry Chef 2023 named by the International Union of Bakers and Pastry Chefs (UBIC), and Xīn and Voltaire’s first global tastemaker.
Nina Métayer, a highly-acclaimed Parisienne chef has captivated the culinary world with her innovative approach and extraordinary skills. Her ability to blend flavours and textures has earned her numerous accolades and widespread recognition. So when it came to achieving the impossible – freezing alcohol – we knew that Nina was the perfect visionary for the job.
Nina brought the same creative brilliance that earned her the title of World’s Best Pastry Chef 2023 to our inaugural range of frozen cocktails. Each creation is a testament to years of meticulous research and development, resulting in cocktails that are nothing short of exceptional. Notably, two of Nina’s creations, our fiery Mezcal Margarita, Giselle and the effervescent Florian, have been honoured with the prestigious IWSC awards.
