The concept is simple yet the perfect addition to your summer night out – guests can choose from one of four of sorbet cocktail blends, each served in Lucy Wong’s signature glass and topped with prosecco to create a tantalising marriage of effervescence whilst elevating the classic prosecco serve. With summer in full swing, the timing could not have been better to introduce this refreshing and luxurious addition to London’s vibrant cocktail culture.
