Caiger & Co Menu Showcase Event
In March, Caiger & Co. Catering & The Fendale Group hosted their Spring menu showcase event at the beautiful Violin Factory in London. An evening hosted for clients and peers within the Catering industry, filled with incredible food cooked by skilled chefs in the venue’s open kitchen.
Along with the extremely moreish canapes and delightful bowl food, Xīn and Voltaire were happy to be on hand to showcase our range of sorbet cocktails before the desserts, with Giselle and Florian taking the centre stage, a perfect end to the evening.
We continue to collaborate with Caiger & Co and our collection of sorbet cocktails are now available to their clients for any upcoming events.
