In March, Zara and her incredible team behind Zara’s Kitchen hosted a Supper Club in their kitchen in West London for the creative & talented team of Women behind Missoma Jewellery, to celebrate International Women’s Day. Missoma lead the way in recycled gold and silver demi-fine jewellery and like Xīn and Voltaire, are a female-led Company.

Zara and the team had spent the week prior gathering fresh local ingredients ready for an early start in the kitchen to start preparing a beautiful menu ready to host.

The menu consisted of Burrata with blood orange, beetroot pickled rhubarb, radicchio del Veneto. Followed by Roasted Sea bass with chive & nasturtium, celeriac purée, artichoke crisps, seasonal greens with chive oil. For dessert, Rhubarb frangipane tart with crème fraîche and to round off an exceptional menu, Xīn and Voltaire’s full collection of sorbet cocktails, a real sensorial experience from start to finish.
