Xin & Voltaire was delighted to sponsor the cocktail reception and private view at Phillips Auction House for their annual Editions event, hosted at their elegant Berkeley Square gallery. The evening, held on May 29th, brought together collectors, artists, and tastemakers for an exclusive preview of Phillips’ upcoming Editions and Damien Hirst auctions.
Set against a backdrop of world-class contemporary art, our cocktail sorbets became a vibrant talking point throughout the night. Served by the exceptional team at Sabel Catering, our colourful pots were expertly garnished and presented directly to guests - offering a fresh take on the evening’s refreshments.
Each sorbet was paired with complementary fruit to enhance its flavour profile:
- Florian with fresh peach
- Giselle with ripe raspberry
- Aurelie with delicate pear
- Alphonse with a tropical blend of mango and passion fruit
Guests were full of praise for this refreshing alternative to traditional cocktails. Our sorbets not only delivered bold flavour but added a playful, sensory element to the art-filled setting - proving once again that Xin & Voltaire is reimagining the cocktail experience.
