Aurelie is complex yet delicate, with a voluptuous and smooth mouthfeel. Subtle notes of wood and caramel released from Whisky aged for 3 years in oak casks, intricately and precisely infused with the fruitiness of Amaretto, which brings layers of flavour from concentrated almond oil notes. The marriage is complimented by pear which artfully melts the two flavours on the palate.
